Jewell Darlene Chambers McMorris

Jewell McMorris, age 69, passed away on July 28, 2012. She was born in Prineville, OR to Joel and Dorothy Chambers and lived most of her life in the state of Washington in Sunnyside, Seattle, Yakima, Walla Walla, then in Wailuku, Hawaii, and Auburn, before retiring to the Brewster/Bridgeport area. She graduated from Sunnyside High School, in Sunnyside, WA in 1960. She married Tony E. McMorris in 1963 in the First United Methodist Church in Seattle.Survivors include her husband Tony; children Lennie McMorris and wife Janice, Heath McMorris and wife Ribkah, and Bart McMorris and wife Annette; grandchildren Ryan McMorris, Joshua McMorris, Elijah McMorris and Jacqueline Wilson. Additional survivors are her mother Dorothy M. Chambers, Auburn, WA; sisters Jean Chambers, Corvallis, OR, Beth Stevens, Chandler, AZ, and Oleta Niderost, Sedro Woolley, WA. Her father, Joel G. Chambers died in 1983. Arrangements are being made by Price-Helton Funeral Home of Auburn.
