Ave Kids presents ‘Chicken Little’ at the Auburn Ave Theater on Saturday

Do your kids seem to always exclaim “The sky is falling!”? Let them see where the saying all began with StoryBook Theater’s “Chicken Little” at the Auburn Avenue Theater at 2 p.m. Nov. 2.
Can Chicken Little complete his royal mission?
The sky is falling and Chicken Little must go to the palace to tell the King. Along the way, our would-be hero meets a variety of gullible, but lovable, buffoons who join him on his quest. Will Chicken Little be rewarded for his news or will he become Chicken a la King?
StoryBook Theater, the performers of “Chicken Little”, have been introducing the Puget Sound area children to live, original theater since 1998. The company writes 55-minute musicals aimed specifically at 3 to 10-year-olds, while not forgetting about the parents, grandparents and teachers who bring them to the show.
StoryBook creators believe in including life lessons in their shows. Characters not only learn lessons themselves, but teach those lessons to the audience as well.
