City presents Business 101 Workshop today

The City of Auburn presents Business 101 Workshop: Finance, Legal & Accounting Considerations from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. today at the City Hall Council Chambers, 25 W. Main St.

Managing and tracking your business cash flow is paramount when establishing a business. Having an accountant and an attorney on your side will ensure you get started on the right foot.

Learn how to choose a point of sale system and accounting software (Quickbooks). Hear from a commercial lender regarding funding, and a Small Business Administration representative on securing government loans.

In addition, a local attorney will share legal considerations regarding start-ups.

The City of Auburn Office of Economic Development presents the workshop.

The workshop is free. No registration necessary.
