Ethel was born March 21, 1922 in Glasgow Scotland, daughter of Charles Guyatt and Ethel May Buckenham. She married George Thomson November 16, 1940. They were married for 59 years until George’s death in 1999. They had immigrated to Washington state in September 1966 and were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple April 5, 1967. She married Varro John Murdock April 25, 2002 in the Jordan River Temple.
They are the parents of son Gordon, Glasgow Scotland; daughter Ethel, Colorado; 3 granddaughters Jennifer and Gillian, Scotland; and Heather, Colorado; 1 grandson, Fraser, Scotland; 3 great grandsons, Callum, Ross and Scott, Scotland. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister; and husband Varro Murdock.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, June 20, 2015 in West Valley City, Utah. Interment, Mountain View Cemetery in Auburn,Washington.
