Homes prices in Auburn jumped 11.8 percent but home sales dropped 4.1 percent in June compared to the same month last year.

A total of 142 homes were sold at a median price at $313,000, according to numbers compiled by Redfin, a Seattle-based real estate company.

The median home price was $320,000 for single-family homes and $186,250 for condos and townhomes.

Auburn homes spent an average of 17 days on the market.

The numbers only reflect transactions on the Multiple Listing Service, a local or regional database of available real estate for sale by member brokers.
