Auburn Police responded to the following calls for service, among many others, between Nov. 1 and 7:

Nov. 1

Animal injures man: 8 p.m., 1200 block of M Street Northeast. While on the loose, a gray and white, or brown and white pit bull mix knocked over a resident and attacked his miniature poodle mix. The offending dog’s whereabouts are unknown.

Vehicle theft: 12 a.m., 2316 Auburn Way N. Kent. After those who had taken it from its owner in Auburn used it in a shoplift in Kent and involved it in two related hit-and-runs, Kent Police recovered a stolen vehicle.

Nov. 4

Trespassing: 2:19 p.m., 3602 A St. SE. Budget Auto Wrecking directed a trouble-making man and woman to try out the exit and keep on a-going.

Nov. 5

Possession of stolen vehicle: 7:46 a.m., 700 block of 26th St. SE. Two boys ended up in police custody after police caught them in a stolen vehicle with possible possession of a handgun.

Disorderly conduct: 2:45 p.m., 711 E. Main St. Auburn High School authorities suspended a student from school and charged said him or her with disorderly conduct for disrupting a class.

Nov. 6

Theft: 10:25 a.m., 1101 Outlet Collection Way SW. An employee’s purse was stolen from her work area and someone used her debit cards in another jurisdiction.

Traffic offense: 10:56 a.m., 100 block of M Street Southeast. A male was operating a pocket motorcycle in the alley between L and M streets Southeast with an approximately 3-year-old child on the gas tank.

Nov. 7

Assault and vandalism: 10:21 a.m., 762 Outlet Collection Drive SW. A woman reported a domestic assault and vandalism of some undisclosed type.

Shoplifting: 3:41 p.m., 5550 Auburn Way S.Staff at the Browns Corner Short Stop called to report a man had stolen several food items from the store and left the area on foot.
