Area schools to tangle in King Showcase on Monday

Kent teams take to the court for the sixth annual King Showcase Presented by Ram Restaurant on Monday, Jan. 16 at the ShoWare Center.

The schedule:

• 9 a.m., boys, Vashon Island vs. Tahoma

• 10:30 a.m. boys, Mount Tahoma vs. Lindbergh

• Noon, girls, Auburn Riverside vs. Sunset (Oregon)

• 2 p.m., girls, Seattle Prep vs. Kentlake

• 3:30 p.m., boys, Seattle Prep vs. Spanaway Lake

• 5 p.m., boys, Kennedy Catholic vs. Prairie

• 7 p.m., boys, King’s vs. Kentwood

• 8:30 p.m., boys, Mount Si vs. Kentake.

Tickets are $10 tickets at the door; $5 for seniors and student with ASB cards.
