Jacklyn Smith scored 16 points and Jaya Harshman had 14 but Auburn dropped a 44-41 North Puget Sound League Olympic Division girls basketball game to Enumclaw on Tuesday night at Auburn High School’s Bob Jones Gymnasium.

The loss snapped the Trojans’ five-game winning streak. Auburn is tied for second place in the division with a 6-3 record, 8-6 overall. Enumclaw improved to 5-4 and 8-7.

Rebecca Thareek finished with nine points for Auburn, which rallied in the fourth quarter but came up short.

Elsewhere

At Thomas Jefferson 59, Auburn Riverside 54: Brooke Dye erupted for 30 points, four rebounds and three steals in the Ravens’ NPSL Olympic loss to the Raiders (6-3, 1203) on Tuesday night.

Kashe Stansberry had 11 points and Autumn Lee added eight for Auburn Riverside (1-8, 2-12).

At Todd Beamer 64, Auburn Mountainview 46: Chasity Spady scored 18 points and Aaliyah Alexander had 17 as the front-running Titans (9-0, 10-2) downed the Lions (5-4, 8-6) in NPSL Olympic play Tuesday.
