Miss Auburn, Miss Auburn’s Outstanding Teen crowns up for grabs in Friday, Saturday pageant; tickets on sale

Eight contestants compete for the crown of Miss Auburn, and 10 vie for Miss Auburn’s Outstanding Teen title at the Performing Arts Center.

The Miss Auburn and Miss Auburn’s Outstanding Teen Scholarship Program begins at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19 at the PAC, 702 Fourth St. NE. The finals begin at 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20.

Reigning royalty are Heather Haggin (Miss Auburn); Elizabeth Enz (Miss Auburn’s Outstanding Teen).

The program is the largest provider of scholarships to young women in the community. The program provides more than $45,000 and is an official preliminary to the Miss Washington and Miss America scholarship pageants. People’s Choice Award fundraiser to benefit the Auburn Food Bank.

Single-night tickets can be purchased at the door the night of the pageant are $20. Two-night tickets are $30. Order online at brownpapertickets.com.
