Bob Wallace, Wallace Properties CEO and Puget Sound regional developer, spoke to Auburn and Federal Way city leaders at the September Good Eggs breakfast hosted by King County Councilmember Pete von Reichbauer.

Wallace provided an overview of the business and real estate climate in the region. His presentation included regional strengths, industry diversity, infrastructure and changing demographics, as well as potential threats that could hamper future growth.

Wallace reviewed economic changes over the last 10 years, discussing opportunities and challenges that lay ahead for the Puget Sound economy. He also explored some of the opportunities for development in South King County, expressing optimism about the local real estate market.
