Teutsch Partners has started work on the residential apartments it plans to build for Seattle-based NW Holdings at 1st Street Southeast and South Division Street, two blocks south of Auburn City Hall.
The seven-story, wood-framed building will offer 227 apartments, ground-floor retail and 252 stalls on two levels of parking.
