Early morning fire damages Auburn Manor Apartments

All occupants got out safely, but four of the nine apartments were affected: one with smoke and water damage; a second with water and smoke damage; and the other two sustained smoke damage. The VRFA estimates damage to the structure at $250,000, and damage to the contents at $150,000 The cause of the fire is undetermined.
