Three King County transfer stations are accepting flood debris free of charge.

These stations are the Enumclaw, Shoreline, and Bow Lake (18800 Orilla Road South in Tukwila) transfer stations.

All storm-related garbage and yard waste must be dropped off on weekends through Sunday, Jan. 11, 2026, for it to be free of charge.

King County asks that yard waste and garbage are separated before drop-off, as well as hazardous waste separated from other debris.

These transfer stations will continue to operate at regular hours for drop-offs during this time.
