Boosters host clothing drive to raise money

The Auburn Mountainview High School Boosters have joined Clothes for the Cause, a fundraising company that collects clothes in exchange for cash, to raise money for the group.

The public can donate items that friends, family and neighbors already have in their houses such as clothes, shoes, purses, belts and household linens. Small household items (toasters, blenders, kitchen stuff, etc.) also will be accepted.

Donations are being collected on Jan. 30 and 31, between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m., at the school, 28900 124th Ave. SE, Auburn. Organizers will have a truck on site, off the 132nd exit.
