Sen. Joe Fain, R-Auburn, and Rep. Carol Gregory, D-Federal Way, spoke to South King County leaders at the monthly Good Eggs Breakfast roundtable discussion, giving the audience an update on the longest legislative session in history

“There is a delicate balance each legislative session faces to provide state funds designated for education, preservation, maintaining and developing new projects that have an impact our state’s economic region,” said King County Councilmember von Reichbauer, the breakfast host. “State legislators spent many hours negotiating and continue to negotiate state funds designated for transportation and education to help strengthen our workforce and help build a thriving economy.”
