I would like to voice my support for Yolanda Trout and her efforts to get elected to the Auburn City Council, Position 4.
Being a former Auburn Police officer and current (bilingual) paraeducator in the Auburn School District, I feel I’m aware and knowledgeable about the progress, evolution and growth of the City of Auburn.
Since 1995 I’ve witnessed the tremendous growth of Auburn’s population. This ongoing growth is bringing about great diversity in cultures as well as a variety of needs.
Yolanda Trout, I believe, is the right person to be elected to the council. She is a progressive, competent and experienced person not only in dealing with issues and concerns of Hispanics and other ethnic populations but also with issues and concerns that affect all who live in Auburn.
Simply put, Yolanda is an energetic candidate with a heart who cares about Auburn, one who will listen and work relentlessly for all to make things happen.
Yolanda’s vision entails working diligently with the City of Auburn and its diverse communities – to enhance public safety, to foster a growing economy, to improve roads and streets, to ensure the efficient spending of the City’s budget, and to be a strong advocate for education.
Yolanda Trout is the right person to be elected to the council. I encourage you to vote for her.
