The Railroad Paintings of Jack Christensen will be on display July 9 to Aug. 17 at the White River Valley Museum, 918 H St. SE, Auburn.

The public is invited.

Christensen, an Auburn native, is a veteran of the Northern Pacific, Burlington Northern and Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroads, where he served as fireman and engineer for more than 57 years.

A reception for the artist is noon to 4 p.m. July 13 at the museum.
