Inappropriate cartoon not funny

Again, I am disappointed in the Auburn Reporter allowing a cartoon about life vests (Frank Shires, July 1).

Not only is it not funny, it is irresponsible to have the cartoon located within the article pertaining to Deanna and Paul White and their efforts to educate and inform people about how serious drownings and near drownings can be. They lost their child and will forever suffer the pain.
