Auburn hosts 5th annual Disaster Preparedness Fair

The City of Auburn Emergency Management Office promoted National Disaster Preparedness Month by hosting its fifth annual Disaster Preparedness Fair last Saturday at the Les Gove Community Campus in Auburn.

The fair – sponsored by the City of Auburn and the White River Valley Citizen Corps Council – featured disaster preparedness information, ideas, demonstrations and supplies.

There were events and activities for everyone, including informational booths, vendor booths, disaster response demonstrations, hands-on activities for kids and adults, and preparedness information.
