School board interviews candidates

The Auburn School Board this week conducted preliminary interviews for Kip Herren’s successor. The finalist interviews are on May 20-22, and the selection is be announced at the first board meeting in June.

“We will have some candidate social hours with finalists, though at this point I don’t know how many finalists we’ll have,” Vickie Alonzo, public information officer for the Auburn School District, said Tuesday afternoon.
