Game Farm Wilderness Park to hold S’more Than You Imagined

Music, hot drinks and s’mores, spooky stories and big-band music will be part of Saturday’s fourth annual S’more Than You Imagined event.

Music, hot drinks and s’mores, spooky stories and big-band music will be part of Saturday’s fourth annual S’more Than You Imagined event.

The free family event, presented by Auburn Parks, Arts & Recreation Department, will begin at 6 p.m. at Game Farm Wilderness Park, 2401 Stuck River Road.

Parks staff and the Lakeland Hills Starbucks will serve up coffee, hot chocolate and cider. The event also will feature free face painting for kids. The Auburn Youth Council will be giving away glowstick bracelets to the first 100 kids.

The Kings of Swing – a 19-piece dance band playing in the Miller/Dorsey style – will perform from 6 to 7 p.m. They will be joined by professional dancers from the Eastside Alley Cats. Storyteller Karen Haas will begin weaving spooky tales around the bonfire at 7.
