Gerald “Jerry” E. Schwitzke

Gerald “Jerry” E. Schwitzke, a resident of Sun City West, AZ passed away on February 21, 2016 at the age of 74. He was born on May 19, 1941 in Port Huron, Michigan.

After four years in the Air Force, he worked for 22 Years with the United States Post Office. He met the love of his life, Roseann during a trip to Reno, and they were married at Holy Family Parish in Auburn in 1987. Jerry bowled several perfect games, and was recently inducted into the Sun City West Bowling Hall of Fame.

He was a beloved husband, and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife Roseann, 3 children, Teresa, Paul and Tony, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Also three sisters, Helena Vaerawyck, Carol Stokes, and Laura Cain, along with several nieces & nephews.

A visitation will be held on Monday, February 29 from 4-8 PM at Price-Helton Funeral Home in Auburn, with Rosary at 7:00. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tues, March 1 at 10 AM at the Holy Family Parish in Auburn, reception following, with Graveside services following at 1 PM at Gethsemane Cemetery.
