Robert C. Varner

Robert C. Varner, 91, passed away November 7, 2013 in Auburn, WA. He was born on September 10, 1922 in Allahabad, India. Robert was an Army Medic in WWII and served in the Pacific Theater. He was a lens crafter at Bausch and Lomb and a skilled wood craftsman. He enjoyed making music instruments, violin bows and telling jokes.

He is survived by his sister, Frances (Ernest) Palmer; nieces, Joyce Joneschiet & Gloria Lyon & nephew, John Palmer. He was predeceased by his wife Marie in 2006.
