Doris Mims Neal passed away March 21, 2016 in Tacoma, WA. She was born in Tyler, TX on April 14, 1946 to Carnegie and Mae Lois Mims.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Sylvester Neal, 3 sons, Keith Neal (Tatiana) of North Bend WA, Todd Neal of Auburn, WA, and Sylvester Lee Neal of Seattle, WA; 2 daughters Angie Neal Williams (Cedric) of Duncanville, TX and Sylvia Neal Small of Austin, TX; 7 grandchildren, Chad (Nicole) Williams; Morgan Williams, Taylor Williams, Steven Small, Sidney Small, Trianna Neal, Victor Neal; 5 great grand children Cody, Carter, Kaitlyn, Kyla and Kobe Williams; sister Brenda Mims Malik and a host of god-children, nieces/nephews, relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Carnegie and Mae Lois Mims, and brothers Carnegie Mims, Jr. and Patrick Mims.
