Auburn Police responded to the following calls for service, among many others, between March 23 and 27:

March 23

Theft: 11:45 a.m., 1103 E. Main St. Somebody swiped a black IPhone business cell phone from the Five Star Laundry

Theft: Overnight, 12500 bloc of Southeast 297th Place. A perp purloined a purse from an unlocked vehicle.

Vandalism: 8 a.m., 1201 M St. SE. A construction employee reported damage to the windows of an excavator.

March 24

Harassment: 5:42 a.m., 1430 block of 24th St. SE. Police arrested a man for stalking a woman.

March 25

Trespassing on holy ground: 8:32 a.m., 505 17th St. SE. When Holy Family Catholic church had had enough of a misbehaving chap, out that chap went into the early spring morning.

Burglary: Overnight, 1007 Auburn Way S. A suspect known only to him- or herself entered a locked business overnight and stole undisclosed stuff.

Vandalism: 4:58 p.m., 1206 Harvey Road NE. Police arrested a female for breaking her brother’s barbecue and pooch stroller.

March 26

Vandalism: 12 p.m., 700 block of 4th Street Southeast. Somebody hurled a rock through a car’s rear window.

Trespassing: 10:06 p.m., 711 E. Main St. A former high school student showed up at an Auburn High School dance, so police busted him for being where he shouldn’t.

March 27

Credit card ATM fraud: 7:25 Auburn Way S. A woman lost her debit card, and somebody subsequently sucked greenbacks from her account.

Theft: Overnight, 700 block of 7th Street Southeast. Somebody stole video games and a set of headphones from a home.

Theft: 9 a.m.,10919 SE 298th Place. Thieves stole several thousand dollars worth of miscellaneous robotics equipment and tools from a trailer, along with a specialized robot that belongs to the Tahoma High School Robotics club. The King County Sheriff’s Office recovered the trailer near Pacific Raceways.
