Light snow graces Auburn, South Sound

Winter came dressed in white Sunday with snow blanketing much of the Puget Sound area.

That snow, however, transitioned to rain early Monday.

Auburn received a good frosting, as light snow fell Sunday night in many areas of Western Washington. That coupled with freezing temperatures made for some slick roadways during the Monday morning commute.
