Auburn School District hosts Welcome to School event Aug. 22

Auburn School District families are invited to the district’s Welcome to School event on Wednesday, Aug. 22, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m., at Auburn High School, 711 E. Main St.

The free event will feature a resource fair with numerous booths from community partners and district programs. Information about immunizations, high school programs, child nutrition, employment in the district, sports and more.

There will be a barbecue, bouncy houses, raffle and other activities for kids. Transportation will be available from all Auburn middle schools to and from the event.
