AuburnFest – a fun, family-friendly summer festival that celebrates Auburn and its community – made its annual appearance last Saturday at Les Gove Park.

The festival offered two entertainment stages, a beer garden, food vendors, craft, specialty, community and nonprofit vendors, a car show, a literary showcase and a small press fair. But there was also a downtown parade, a Friday night fun-run and walk, and free activities like bocce, face painting, hands-on art activities, an indoor playground, the Discovery Playground and a spray playground.

The festival, presented by the City of Auburn Parks, Arts & Recreation Department, was sponsored in part by 98.9 The Bull, Coordinated Care, and MultiCare Health System – Center for Healthy Living.
