Shame on the Seahawks. They have insulted my father, my uncle, my cousin, my great uncle, my wife’s father and mother, my family, my wife’s family.

All of the above have made sacrifices so that the American people have a right to protest.

I personally will defend any person’s right to protest, but I think it is an outrage that the Seahawks will not show respect for the flag that allows them the freedoms they have. To me, they show no respect for the people who gave them the right to protest and afford them the opportunity to make millions of dollars a year.

If they want to protest, do it on their own time, not mine.

I can’t hold a press conference like they can any time they want. All I can do is write a letter to the editor.

I am done watching football. They are being bad examples for my grandkids. I am tired of this lack of respect for my family and my country.
