Pacific Senior Celebration

Here we are

starting a fresh chapter

in our newly renovated

Pacific Senior Center.

Where next to city hall

you can have a ball.

Meeting new friends

blending in with the old.

Lend a hand to nuzzle

together a piece of the

community puzzle.

Also you can play cards

with some new pards.

Be sure to crunch, crunch,

crunch your lunch with a

new bunch.

Maybe top it off with a

drink of pink lemonade

punch.

This I have to say

you’ll go home with a big

smile in your heart

because you spent the day

with winners

at the newly renovated

Pacific Senior Center.

– Gerald A. McBreen, Pacific poet laureate
