Domestic violence assault

Auburn police arrested a man for domestic violence assault in Auburn on Feb. 17. Officers responded on Feb. 17 after receiving a report at approximately 9:16 p.m. of an aggravated assault in the 10800 block of Southeast 315th Place. Officers arrested and booked the man on a felony charge of assault in the second degree, according to the department’s public information log.

Related robberies

Auburn police responded on Feb. 15 after receiving a report at approximately 7:51 p.m. regarding a robbery involving firearms. According to the department’s public information log, a man was assaulted and had his vehicle stolen in the 2800 block of Forest Ridge Drive Southeast. The log identified no suspects, nor provided any suspect information. A silver 2005 Chevy with a Washington license plate was reported as stolen in the incident.

Auburn police responded on Feb. 16 after receiving a report of a robbery at approximately 5:45 a.m.. According to the department’s public information log, an armed robbery occurred in the 1200 block of A Street Southeast at a coffee stand. The department’s log listed $80 as stolen in the incident. A silver 2005 Chevy with a Washington license plate served as the offending vehicle in the incident. The license plate number matched that of the Chevy stolen in the previous day’s incident.

Drive-by shooting

Auburn police responded on Feb. 16 after receiving a report at approximately 10:27 p.m. regarding a weapons offense in the 2800 block of Auburn Way South. According to the department’s public information log, police investigated a drive-by shooting, with a gas station targeted in the incident. The department’s log listed two vehicles as involved in the incident. The shooting damaged brick, with officers collecting one bullet as evidence in the incident.

Domestic violence

Auburn police responded on Feb. 13 after receiving a report at approximately 10:30 p.m. regarding an assault and residential burglary incident in the 12500 block of Southeast 312th Street. According to the department’s public information log, a domestic incident occurred involving a weapon. The department’s log listed one victim and one suspect in the incident, and additional offenses including assault with a firearm and misdemeanor child abuse.
