Community invited to retirement celebration for Auburn administrators

The Auburn School District hosts a community retirement celebration for retiring Superintendent Kip Herren, Deputy Superintendent Mike Newman and Associate Superintendent of Human Resources Tim Cummings from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., June 10, in the Auburn High School Commons, 711 E. Main St.

With 119 combined years of service in public education, Herren, Newman and Cummings have had a tremendous impact on the lives of many students, staff and community members.

The community is invited to the open house event. There will be a formal program at 5:15 p.m.
