Investment strategist discusses economic picture with community leaders

The October “Good Eggs” breakfast, hosted by King County Councilman Pete von Reichbauer, featured guest speaker Erik Ristuben, global chief investment strategist for Russell Investments.

Speaking to community leaders that included local South King County elected officials and business persons, Ristuben discussed the global economic picture and its effect on the region. He also outlined some of the fundamental fiscal problems facing the U.S. and potential solutions.

Ristuben creates and manages the integration of client investment strategies for Russell institutional and retail clients globally, as well as the creation of Russell’s global economic and market outlooks. He serves as a principal spokesperson, representing Russell’s investment process and insight with clients, industry conferences and the media. He is a frequent guest on television and radio networks such as CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and Bloomberg Radio.
