The Auburn International Farmers Market closes for the season Sunday. The market, in the Sound Transit Plaza at 23 A St. SW, runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
On closing day, Hal Meng presents a canning demonstration, Food $ense gives a cooking demo and Train Wreck plays rock music.
With a cornucopia of fresh products, the market offers a variety of locally-grown farm-based foods, hand crafted items, free community performances and several educational sessions on health, nutrition, canning and gardening.
The King Conservation District supports the market.
