One Step. One Change: Auburn Health Fair is Saturday

The Auburn Downtown Association, Turning Point (Fitness) Studio, American Karate, Corestar Pilates, Tribeca Day Spa, and MultiCare present the first Auburn Health Fair in downtown Auburn.

The event runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday at the cross streets of East Main Street and B Street Northeast in a parking lot and one block of B Street.

Activities include wellness and sports performance speakers from MultiCare.

Turning Point Studio pro skier Tyler Ceccanti will talk about improving sports performance.

Workshops and demonstrations at Corestar Pilates, American Karate, and Turning Point Studio will be designed for people of all fitness levels.

Local businesses hosting booths include U-Float, Pro Sweets, local massage therapists, Zola’s Café, Federal Way Costco, day spas and fitness organizations.

• 2:15 p.m. – Workshops/demos at American Karate School, Corestar Pilates, and Turning Point Studio

• 3 p.m. – Fitness speakers: Basics of Exercise, Nikiya Dunmore, Turning Point Studio, at Auburn Avenue Theater.
