Raymond Handling Concepts Corporation (RHCC), a leading materials handling equipment supplier in the Northwest and Northern California, recently raised $4,500 for breast cancer charities with its Pink Pallet Jack Auction.

J and K Trucking placed the winning bid for the Raymond 8210 Walkie Pallet Truck, painted in iconic breast cancer awareness pink.

To raise additional funds, the company will continue donating $10 from every pallet truck sold in October, while accepting donations at the company’s Material Handling Store.

All proceeds will benefit The Tina Turner Memorial Foundation and Northwest Hope and Healing.

Open house

On Oct. 13, RHCC hosted an open house in Auburn, where they put the Pink Pallet Jack on display and invited community leaders and businesses to continue their efforts during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

In addition to the 72 local businesses in attendance, RHCC’s vendor partners, All-Battery, Cascade Corp., Enersys, Tennant and Wildeck participated and donated funds to the cause.

Auburn City Councilmember Largo Wales purchased a pink ribbon and donated $100 to the Pink Pallet Jack Project.

Thirty-two RHCC employees each donated $20 to the pink pallet jack project and wore a pink pallet jack project pink shirt in honor of the day.
