Team Carp is ready to go on a run for an Auburn dentist.

The group plans to participate in the PurpleStride Walk to End Pancreatic Cancer at 9 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 28 at Magnuson Park-Hanger 30, 7400 Sandpoint Way NE, Seattle.

Money raised from the 5K run/walk will support Dr. John Carpenter and his fight against cancer.
