Starting Tuesday, Sept. 12, resurfacing work will take place on SE Auburn-Black Diamond Road from 1,100 feet north of Highway 18 to the Auburn city limits.

The work requires a daily single lane closure from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Flaggers will guide motorists through the work zone. The work is weather dependent and crews expect to finish on Friday, October 6.

Crews will also begin work on SE Auburn-Black Diamond Road from 148th Way SE to Kent-Black Diamond Road SE on Tuesday, Sept. 12, with paving scheduled to begin on Sept. 18.
