Valley Y hosts Touch a Truck event

Heavy machinery of all sizes and shapes will be on display in Saturday's Touch a Truck event at the Auburn Valley YMCA.

Get an up close and personal look at heavy machinery and meet the people who build, protect and serve in the South King County region at the Touch a Truck event at the Auburn Valley YMCA on Saturday.

Families and children can take in trucks of all sizes and shapes from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Y’s parking lot, 1620 Perimeter Road SW.

Vehicles on display may include emergency responders, construction trucks, utility vehicles, buses, tractor-trailers, military units, air units and semi trucks.

The free event also includes activities such as face painting, games and crafts for kids.

Everyone is welcome.
