Black Tiger Tactical and Karate Northwest host a women’s self-defense seminar – a benefit for the Auburn Food Bank – is set for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 27 at Karate Northwest, 2109 Auburn Way N., Suite D

All monies raised will be used to assist women and children in abusive living environments.

Cost is $30 per person. Space limited.

Appropriate training clothing, footwear, towel and bottle of water are required.
