In loving memory of Buster Stanifer born November 26, 1933 in Harrogate, TN, passed away January 27, 2009 in Auburn, WA after a three year battle with cancer.He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Lula Mae Stanifer of Auburn, WA; daughter Janet Stanifer of Sumner, WA; son Richard and wife Janet of Bonney Lake, WA; son Gary of Sumner, WA; grandchildren Jessica and Brandon of Bonney Lake, WA; brother Earl Stanifer of Monroe, MI; sister Charlotte Coward of Harrogate, TN and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Curtis and Edna Stanifer of Harrogate, TN; brothers Homer, Robert, Jimmy and Ralph Stanifer; sisters Georgia Martin and Nell Cheek.Dad proudly served his country in the USAF 1953-1957. Retired from Boeing in 1995 after 38 years representing FAA-DMIR. The Stanifer family would like to thank Auburn ARGUS oncology and Auburn Hospital nursing staff for their support and care.
