Lions top Ravens 3-2 | NPSL Olympic boys tennis

Auburn Mountainview took two out of three singles matches to edge Auburn Riverside 3-2 in a North Puget Sound League Olympic Division boys tennis match Monday.

The Lions improved to 8-4 in the division, 9-5 overall. The Ravens dropped to 8-5 and 10-5.

Results:

No. 1 singles: James Truong (AMV) defeated Alex Sutherland (AR) 2-6, 6-2, 6-3

No. 2 singles: Ethan Thomas (AMV) def. Evan Hein (AR) 7-6(5), 6-4

No. 1 doubles: Matthew Cegielski/Matthew Cegielski (AR) def. Grant Harris/Joe Morse (AMV) 3-6, 6-4, 7-6(4)

No. 2 doubles: Ian Middleburg/Ethan Waltergoodspeed (AR) def. Derek Burton/Daniel Basisty (AMV) 6-0, 6-3

No. 3 doubles: Caleb Hasslinger/Tim Sertera (AMV) def. Drew Berkley/Ahmed Hanno (AR) 6-4, 6-2, 6-4
