Ravens edge Lions for All-City crown | PHOTOS

Kaelie Allan and Ashley Ray ruled the freestyle distances and Auburn Riverside captured two of three relays to edge Auburn Mountainview for the All-City girls swimming title at the district pool Monday night.

The Ravens put up 281 points, followed by the Lions’ 244. Auburn finished with 88 points.

Allen took a pair of wins in the 200- and 500-yard freestyle events. Ray won the 50 freestyle and 100 breaststroke. Peyton Fulmer paced the 100 backstroke, and Zoe Harris swam to victory in the 100 freestyle.

Fulmer and Ray joined Kyra Brandt and Harris to secure the win in the 200 medley relay. Fulmer, Ray, Allan and Harris fueled the winning 400 freestyle relay.

The Lions’ Jade Le, Kiyomi Harris, Mairead Quigley and Emily Ward seized the 200 freestyle relay. Le and Ward also won at their specialties.

Michaela Reynolds and Kailey Kwon went one-two in the 1-meter diving for Auburn.
