Poet’s corner | A win is a win is a win

No need to wine

kickers did shine

on both sides

of the line.

It took a 49er lead

for our boys to wake up

and give us the magic

we come to expect.

On the edge of our seats

we knew for a treat

Frisco could be beat.

Now wasn’t that neat?

– Gerald A. McBreen, Pacific Poet Laureate (mcbreenpost@aol.com).
