Auditions for Heavier Than Air Family Theatre Co.’s upcoming production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “Oklahoma!” are Tuesday and Thursday, April 3 and 5.

The open audition is for actors, ages 14 and above.

There are no roles for young children in this production. Not all who attend open auditions will be cast.

Auditions begin each night at 7 in the Performing Arts Building on the main campus of Green River College, 12401 SE 320th St. Auburn.

Please arrive a few minutes early to complete an audition form.

The show is a classic Rodgers & Hammerstein musical with a turn of the century high-spirited rivalry that leads to the celebration of a brand-new life in a brand-new state – Oklahoma!

This is an informal, read-through type group audition. A song from the show will be provided and no advance preparation is necessary. Community actors with strong singing and dancing skills are encouraged to attend. Comfortable shoes and clothes for movement are recommended.

Rehearsals are every Tuesday and Thursday from 7 to approximately 9:30 p.m. beginning Tuesday, April 10, with performances scheduled June 22, 23 and 24.
