Maintenance work planned for A Street SE – 15th Street SE to 21st Street SE | UPDATES

On Thursday, March 21, and Friday, March 22, maintenance work by Monarch Tree Service for Lamar Advertising will require a southbound right lane closure on A Street SE, from 15th Street SE to 21st Street SE, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

The work is not dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected.

• On Thursday, March 21, construction work by KS Construction for the Holiday Inn Express project will require lane closures and disruptions to both directions of C Street SW from 1st Street SW to 8th Street SW, from 7 a.m.to 2 p.m. The work is not dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected.

• On Thursday, March 21, construction work by AA Asphalting for Puget Sound Energy will require lane closures and disruptions to all directions of Auburn Avenue at the 1st Street NE intersection, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The work is not dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected. Please pay close attention to police officers, flaggers and signs.

• On Monday, March 25, through approximately Friday, April 26, utility work by InfraSource Services for Puget Sound Energy will require lane closures and disruptions to both directions of 51st Avenue South, from South 288th Street to South 298th Street between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. The work is not dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected.

• Through Monday, March 25, utility work for CenturyLink by NorthSky Communications will require lane closures and disruptions to both directions of East Main Street from D Street SE to I Street SE from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The work is not dependent on weather.

Vehicular and pedestrian access to residences, businesses, and schools within the project area will be maintained during construction.

• On Wednesday, March 27, utility work by Cannon Construction for Comcast will require a southbound right lane closure on C Street SW at the intersection with 8th Street SW from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The work is not dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected.

• Through approximately Tuesday, April 30, construction work by Miles Resources for The Duffy’s Auto Brokerage project will require intermittent lane closures and disruptions to the northbound lanes of Auburn Way North, from 30th Street NE to 35th Street NE, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.

The work is dependent on weather and may be re-scheduled without further notice.
