Lions slow down Titans 3-1 | NPSL girls soccer

Sophomore Emily Guiton scored a pair of second-half goals and Lily Lavine got it started with an early goal as Auburn Mountainview handed Todd Beamer its first North Puget Sound League Olympic Division girls soccer match loss Thursday night.

Lavine, a senior and returning first-team all-league performer, scored in the eighth minute for the Lions (4-2 division, 4-3-1 overall).

Guiton scored her fourth and fifth goals of the season during the second half, making it 3-0 Lions.

Just before stoppage time, the Titans (4-1-1, 4-2-1) scored on a penalty kick.
