Rottle plays winning tune

Auburn’s Jodie Rottle recently won the Young Artists competitions for woodwinds at North Idaho College in Coeur d’Alene.

Rottle also won the opportunity to perform with the Coeur d’Alene Symphony Orchestra on March 13 as guest soloist.

Rottle, a 2006 Auburn High School graduate, currently is a junior at Pacific Lutheran University majoring in music performance for flute. Rottle, daughter of Jim and Tanya Rottle, studies with Dr. Jennifer Ryne at PLU.
