PREP FOOTBALL: Trojans notch another win beat Tahoma 28-7. Auburn Mountainview falls to No. 1 Lakes 48-0

The No. 3 ranked Auburn Trojans had no trouble blasting past the Tahoma Bears 28-7 in South Puget Sound League 4A North action on Friday.
Playing in front of a home crowd the Bears (3-5 league, 3-5 overall) drew first blood, capitalizing on a bad snap on a punt and going up 7-0.
Auburn (7-0, 8-0) responded by putting their vaunted running attack in gear and scoring the next four touchdowns in the contest.
University of Washington-bound senior Chris Young rushed for 213 yards on 20 carries in the game and scored three TDs, from 15, 49 and two yards out. Junior Alphonse Wade had one touchdown, a 51-yard run and rushed for 99 yards on 14 carries and junior Austin Embody added 46 yards on 11 carries. Auburn finished with 355 yards rushing total.
The Trojans will take on Auburn Riverside (2-4, 2-5) at 7 p.m. Friday at Auburn Memorial Stadium.
ALSO: The Auburn Mountainview Lions (2-6, 2-6) were the latest victims of the No. 1 ranked Lakes Lancers (7-0, 8-0) in SPSL 3A play on Friday, falling 48-0. The Lions will host Stadium (2-6, 2-6) at 7 p.m. Thursday at Auburn Memorial Stadium.
