Erwilian to perform Christmas concert at the ‘Ave’ on Dec. 3

Erwilian, a popular musical folk group from the Northwest, will present its fourth annual Christmas concert at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 3 at the Auburn Avenue Theater, located at 10 Auburn Ave.

The group will perform many of its favorites, including songs off its newest album, Midwinter’s Night.

Erwilian, a local acoustic instrumental ensemble based in Covington, appeals to all ages. Erwilian shapes their unique sonic blend around traditional melodies with distinctly modern influences. Instruments range from recorders, dulcimers, a violin, guitars, a banjo and percussion instruments, forming this original musical experience.
